-READY TO GO ITEMS-

These items will be shipped in 3-4 business days.

If you order ready to go items and preorder items together- your order will not be ready for pick up or ship until the preorder is ready.

-CUSTOM ORDERS-

-PREORDERS-

Turn around time for preorders will be listed with the item in the listing description. This time frame begins the next business day AFTER you place your order. Weekends & Holidays are NOT included in turn around time.

Weekends, holidays, and owners vacation days are not considered business days.

-TURN AROUND TIME VS SHIPPING-

Turn around time and shipping times are two separate things. Turn around time is the time it takes to complete your order. Once the item is finished it is then shipped to you, which is the shipping time. THE NEELEY DESIGN CO is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. However, we will help in any way we can.

We do not offer refunds or returns however if you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our very best to make it right!
